On Friday, the eighth and ninth relief planes arrived carrying with them 6 ambulances out of a total of 20 ambulances that will be delivered successively to those affected in Gaza.

A specialized team from the center in the city of Al-Arish met via video conference on Thursday with Marwan Al-Julani, Director General of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in Gaza. The meeting was also attended by Dr. Mai Arif, Director of the Society’s office in Cairo.

During the meeting, mechanisms for cooperation in delivering Saudi humanitarian aid to Gaza were discussed, and ways to provide this aid to those who need it in the Strip were highlighted.
Saudi relief efforts reach our brothers in Gaza
In the last meeting, the responsible team at the Saudi Relief Center explained the humanitarian and relief efforts provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to our brothers in Gaza.
This aid includes food, shelter, and medical medications transported via air bridge, in addition to the seven relief aircraft that have arrived so far. The attendees were informed of the lists and types of aid, noting the urgent need for it in light of the difficult conditions in Gaza.
The center will continue to provide them with information about the needs of humanitarian projects that they can support in cooperation with the association.

Al-Julani expressed his gratitude and thanks to the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the noble humanitarian efforts and their continued support for the Palestinian people in all the crises they face.
Regarding the relief aid coming into Gaza, the Center’s team stressed Saudi Arabia’s keenness to deliver it effectively to those affected within the Strip, and the team closely followed the relief convoys that ignored the Rafah crossing and entered the Strip.
